I had to go look Cebu on Google up to figure out where it was. Based on a part of your description, I thought it was South America, and now I see I was definitely in the wrong part of the world. Great post, Cebu is definitely the Queen City of the South. One of the progressive cities, highly urbanized yet still has naturalistic aura due to its numerous white sandy beaches.
