Check the Philippine daily inquirer:
the bar examiner QUIMBO offers his INSULTING advice: "When i read some answers , i was like 'what did he say?'. Many of those who got a grade below 50 DID NOT KNOW HOW TO WRITE AND SPEAK IN ENGLISH. THEY HAD NO SENSE. The reasons why a high number of examinees are disqualified vary. The MOST COMMON, I THINK, would be the inability of the examinee to express himself in English. Because the law is written in English and because the advocacy needs to be in English language, the examinees must be able to answer questions in English"

commenT: SPEAK IN ENGLISH??? WHAT DID YOU SAY MAN??? CHECK YOUR ENGLISH! YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO BE A BAR EXAMINER. BAR CANDIDATES ARE NOT SPEAKING IN THE BAR EXAMS, THEY ARE WRITING. MANY LAWYERS ARE MORE COMPETENT THAN YOU. YOU JUST HAD THE CONNECTIONS THAT IS WHY YOU WERE CHOSEN TO BE THE BAR EXAMINEr. Now, YOU WILL FACE DISGUST FROM THE FAMILY OF THOSE WHO YOU DID FAIL. IT IS GREAT INSULT also TO THE LAW SCHOOLS including ateneo, UP, san beda, etc. that they produced graduates without sense and who are imbeciles in English because they have failed bar examinees too.
