May 2009 Philippine CPA Board Exam Results and List of Passers and Topnotchers
The results of the May 2009 Philippine CPA (Certified Public Accountants) Board Exam and list of passers is already released this afternoon. So if you are looking for the results, topnotchers and passers’ list, scroll down and you will find the links.
28.89% or 1,231 out of 4,262 passed the May 2009 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination.
The Top 10 placers (Topnotchers) are:

Kaya siguro mataas ang survival rate ngayon dahil kailangan nila ng mga accountant sa local at lalo na sa abroad. Sa nursing nga, overpopulated na sila masyado sa profession nila. Come to think of it, masyado na maraming nursing schools sa Pinas and its sad to hear that some business schools are downsizing dahil kaunti na lang nag-eenrol para sa BS Accountancy. Just like PSBA na ang balitang nasagap ko ay sinara na daw ang kanilang Manila campus.
Anyway, so as not to spoil the fun, let me congratulate you once more, our new colleagues. May you continue the legacy that our CPA forefathers has started and may you be an honor to our country in general and to our dearly beloved and respected profession in particular. Mabuhay, CPAs!!!
