The term ‘bloggista’ is not just the Tagalog or even Hispanic translation of a blogger. What is a bloggista? This is my contribution to the definition:

Noun
- someone who blogs with zeal and passion, incorporating all aspects of blogging in his lifestyle, both business and personal.
- a trendsetter in blogging, whether it be in technical aspects, blog content, or just trendy designs that contribute to the total aesthetics of the blogging experience.

The list of passers and the results of the October 2008 Philippine CPA (Certified Public Accountants) Board Exam is now available here.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 2,442 out of 6,663 (36.65%) passed the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination given by the Board of Accountancy in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo and Legazpi this October 2008.

The results were released in one (1) day after the last day of examination. The top 10 successful examinees are the following:

Do you want to spend a single day in Cebu but don’t know how and where to go? This post is for you. I first got this idea from a conversation I overheard while waiting for a flight from Cagayan de Oro to Cebu. This balikbayan guy, after a night of partying in Manila, decided to proceed to the airport and booked a round trip flight from Manila to Cagayan de Oro. In Cagayan, he simply hired a taxi for 4 hours before proceeding back to the airport for the flight back in Manila.

Since there are more flights between Manila and Cebu, one can really cover more places when visiting Cebu. For those wanting to go on a day trip in Cebu, this is a very quick guide.
