hi! i’m a CPA, graduated with honors in college, worked more than 2 years in Big 4 audit firm in the Philippines and currently working as a business control senior analyst in one of the largest conglomerate company in the Philippines. No matter what my current company could offer to me, I ever wanted to work abroad to save money and help my siblings go to school. Is there a big chance to get an audit/accounting jobs abroad? I target in Cayman islands. Anyone could help me, please. Waiting for some angel’s reply…

hi there. im currently employed in one of the Big 4 here in the PH. i’m under advisory services and will be 1 yr this end of june. im targetting to work abroad by that time and i’m sighting indonesia as my frend told me that i can save alot there due to low cost of living. i was wondering aside from indonesia, what country are good target to work so i can save. another option i have is dubai as they say working on Big 4 gave them great salary. hope to have some inputs from the readers. thanks.

hi! i’m an accounting student and soon to graduate. wohoo! i would just like to know if you know Pinoy who work in japan as CPA. i am so curious about how was their lives there. do japanese recognize our CPA title or should we take another exam to be recognize as CPA there? how do Japanese treat pinoy CPAs? how much is their salaries? pls help!

i found the right spot!
i just passed the cpa exam last october 2010.
i had 2 years of work experience as internal auditor in an insurance co., before being a card dealer in pagcor of which i am currently employed for five years now.
i really want to work as an accountant abroad.
will it still prosper considering that im already 34 yo?
really need some advice…
help pls… thanks

@honey, congratulations! don’t worry about not being accepted sa big four. you can apply next year. i-timing mo lang sa busy season, sometime in october, a few days before board exams. big 5? i don’t know if i’m correct, pero i think after no. 4, di na member firm yung iba.

hello there!! CPA na ako..new passer lang pero di ako natanggap sa isang big four na inaapplyan ko..ngayon nsa industry ako.mejo mas mataas ang bigay sken dito compare sa mga classmates kong nasa firm ngayon pero alam ko na in the long run may malaking impact pag nasa firm ka..ok lang ba kung mag apply ako ulit sa mga big four..gusto ko talagang mag abroad..hay.. one month palang ako dito sa work ko.. ok lang din ba kung hindi big four?ung pang fifth ba pde?hehe… help naman po pls…

Though many Filipino still dream to work abroad because of the better life it can offer I still know someone who is a CPA topnotcher who happens to choose in staying in the Philippines because he said that being in his family cannot be paid by certain $$$ of missing them.
